Welcome to  Mora Primary School
I am pleased to welcome you to our school website and I hope that it will give you a flavour of what Mora Primary School is all about.

Mora is a place of learning for all. We put success within the reach of all children and help them to achieve their full potential. Our school works hard to develop confident, reflective, creative learners that will grow into valued members of the community and make a positive contribution to twenty first century society.

Learning at Mora is fun and extends beyond the classroom. Special events and activities help to make our school an exciting place to be. Regular visits to places of interest enrich the children’s learning. Children are able to express themselves through the arts and music and there is a variety of music tuition available. Both indoor and outdoor physical activities play a vital contribution to our children’s well being.

Our children are guided and supported to grow and succeed academically, emotionally and spiritually. Parents are partners in this process and are always welcome in our school. We will help you to understand and make the most of your child’s time in the school. This website will provide some insight into what we believe makes our school distinctive, but I urge you to come and meet us, to feel the atmosphere and to judge for yourself what makes Mora Primary School a special place to work and learn.
